Employee safety and health is a constant consideration in all phases of our business. The Phone Masters safety program has management's complete support and full participation. We provide the resources necessary to train our personnel and to manage, control, and/or eliminate all safety and health hazards.

Efforts to prevent injury and illness affect all levels of the organization. Supervisors make employee safety an integral part of their regular management functions. Each employee at every level must learn and adhere to established safety procedures and remain aware of hazards in work areas at all times.

Though every effort is made to provide comprehensive safety training, no training program alone can address every safety challenge that an employee may face. Therefore, employee are empowered and encouraged to seek assistance from qualified personnel whenever there may be doubt as to best performing a task safely and effectively.
